Foundation training
Neuromodulators (botulinum toxin, the class that includes brand names such as Botox) and dermal fillers, for people new to aesthetics. Anatomy, assessment, technique, consent, and documentation.

For injectors already practising and moving into harder anatomy. Tissue planes, vascular risk, cannula and needle, product choice.

Recognising and responding to adverse events, including vascular occlusion, and building an emergency response protocol you can act on.

A day in a working clinic, watching real appointments with consenting clients. How a consultation runs, and how somebody is told no.

What we check, and what we don't claim.
Training in medical aesthetics is a crowded market with very few gatekeepers, so it matters that we are precise about our role. We are not an accrediting body, we do not assess teaching, and we have no certificate to give you. Here is what we do confirm before an introduction.

Checked against the relevant provincial college register, active and in good standing at the time of verification.

Teaching aesthetics is a different job from practising it, and we introduce people who still do the work they teach.

The specific procedures, whether it is a course, shadowing, or supervised injecting, and who it is aimed at.

Worth saying plainly
Training gives you competence. Not authority.
These are two separate steps, and conflating them is the most expensive mistake in this market. A course, a shadowing day, or a hands-on day can make you good at a procedure. None of them changes what you are permitted to do. That is set by your regulatory college.
Injecting a neuromodulator or a dermal filler involves controlled acts. In most provinces a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse also needs an authorizing mechanism, a direct order or a directive, from an authorized provider before treating anyone. A Nurse Practitioner can generally initiate within her own scope. Confirm your own position with your college before you book anything, and if the answer is that you need a Medical Director or Authorized Prescriber too, that is the other half of what we do.

No. We match you with experienced injectors and Medical Directors who provide it. We do not run courses, we have no curriculum or faculty, we do not accredit anyone, and we do not award anything. It is the same role we already play for medical direction: we make the introduction, and the professional at the other end does the work.
The requests we match for are foundation training in neuromodulators and dermal fillers for people new to aesthetics, advanced filler work for injectors already practising, complication management including vascular occlusion and emergency protocols, shadowing days spent watching a working clinic, and supervised hands-on days. Clinics also ask us to arrange training for a whole team. What any individual trainer offers is theirs to describe, and they will.
On a shadowing day you watch. You spend the day in a working clinic seeing how consultations are run, how plans are explained, and how a client is told no. On a hands-on day you inject under direct supervision, which normally assumes you have already trained. Which one suits you depends on your registration class and how far along you are, and it is worth working that out before you book rather than after.
Training gives you competence, not authority, and the two are separate steps that get confused constantly. Injecting a neuromodulator or a dermal filler involves controlled acts, so in most provinces an RN or RPN also needs an authorizing mechanism, a direct order or a directive, from an authorized provider. Two separate things, so here is both. The matching is free for injectors: no fee to submit a request, and no fee to be introduced. The training itself is not ours to price. Fees, dates, and format are set by each trainer and agreed directly with them, and we do not set, publish, or collect course fees. Being introduced to more than one trainer is the point: it lets you compare what is genuinely included, hands-on time, model numbers, product, and follow-up, before you commit. Ask for that in writing from anyone you are considering.
No, and we will not imply otherwise. We are not an accrediting body and we do not assess teaching. What we confirm before an introduction is who the trainer is, the college registration they hold, what they actually teach and in what format, where they teach it, and whether they are currently taking people. Do your own due diligence as well, and we encourage it.
We take requests from anywhere in Canada. The training side of the network is newer than the Medical Director side, so in some regions the honest answer is that we are still building it. If we cannot introduce you to someone who fits, we will say so rather than send a name that does not.
It is a separate request, though it is often the same people at the other end, since many Medical Directors also train. Training is about learning the procedure. A Medical Director or Authorized Prescriber is about the oversight and the authorizing mechanism your practice needs in order to perform it. You can submit both, the Medical Director request is here.
