Nurses and clinics across Canada come to Plus One MD for medical direction. They ask us about training, mentoring, shadowing, and supervised hands-on days too, so we now match for that as well. We do not run any of it. We match those requests to the injectors and Medical Directors who do, and then step out of the way. You choose who you take on, and the terms are yours.

What trainers ask us first.
Experienced injectors and prescribers who are registered with a Canadian regulatory college and who already do the work they would be teaching. That is usually Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians, including Medical Directors who already oversee aesthetic practices. Hosting shadowing or supervised hands-on days counts, and you do not have to run a formal course to be useful to somebody.
Yours, entirely. Plus One MD does not deliver training, does not set a curriculum, and does not accredit or certify anything. We introduce you to people who asked for what you teach. What you cover, how you assess it, what you charge, and whether you take somebody on at all are all your decisions, made directly with them.
Your identity, your registration against the relevant provincial college's public register, that you are still practising the work you would teach, what you teach and in what format, where, and how many people you can take. We check the same things we check for Medical Directors, and for the same reason: we only make introductions we would stand behind.
As much as you tell us you can take, and no more. You give us your capacity and your dates, and we match against them. We would rather send you two requests that fit than ten that do not, and you can decline any introduction without giving a reason.
No. Many of the people who teach best are working injectors rather than directors. If you are also open to medical direction work, tell us and we will match you on both, since the two requests often come from the same practice. There is a separate registration for medical direction if that is the part you care about.
Yes. A day in a working clinic is what a classroom cannot reproduce, and it is worth something on its own. Shadowing and supervised hands-on days are separate offerings in their own right, and we match for them separately.
