Terms of Service
Last updated: June 4, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website medirector.ca and the matching service operated by Plus One MD ("Plus One MD", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the site or submitting a match request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What we do
Plus One MD is a free introduction and matching service. We help connect nurse injectors and other healthcare professionals in Ontario with verified Medical Directors and Authorized Prescribers — both Physicians and Nurse Practitioners. Our role is limited to making introductions between you and potential matches.
2. We are not a party to your arrangement
Plus One MD is not a party to any supervisory, employment, contractual, or professional relationship between you and a Medical Director or Authorized Prescriber. Any agreement — including scope of oversight, responsibilities, fees, and terms — is made directly between you and the other party. We are not responsible for the conduct, decisions, services, or omissions of any Medical Director, Authorized Prescriber, practice, or user.
3. No medical, legal, or compliance advice
Information provided through the site and the service is for general informational purposes only and is not medical, legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your practice complies with all applicable laws and the requirements of your regulatory college, including the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) and the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). Always seek advice from qualified professionals for your specific situation.
4. Verification and your own due diligence
We take reasonable steps to verify the Medical Directors and Authorized Prescribers in our network. However, verification is not a guarantee, and we do not warrant the qualifications, licensing status, availability, or suitability of any individual. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering into any relationship, including confirming licensing, scope of practice, and fit for your needs.
5. No guarantee of a match
We do not guarantee that a suitable match will be found, that any introduction will result in an agreement, or that any specific timeline will be met. Outcomes depend on availability, location, requirements, and other factors outside our control.
6. Fees
The matching and introduction service is free for nurse injectors. Any compensation for Medical Director or Authorized Prescriber services is arranged and paid directly between you and that party. Plus One MD is not involved in, and takes no fee from, those arrangements.
7. Eligibility and acceptable use
The service is intended for healthcare professionals operating, or planning to operate, in Ontario. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes. We may decline, suspend, or discontinue service at our discretion.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plus One MD and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or relating to your use of the service or any relationship formed through an introduction. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
9. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
